  • On line screen gives the following information in real time for each group of service: Group name, tickets taken, total counters opened, total queue served, average transaction time, average waiting time, longest waiting time, no show customers, longest waiting Q-number,estimated waiting time, etc. Counter information screen shows counter number, name of user at counter, current number being served, call type, group serving, total counter time, total queue served, counter priority settings, etc..

  • Generate manually or automatically at the end of each day, the selected statistical tables for the day. These are: Daily, hourly, staff, counter, group summary, service report, waiting by interval, transaction by interval, waiting by day, transaction by day. It allows the export of data to Microsoft Excel file for plotting of statistics on graphs.
